Although I do admit that there is a bug in the example you have posted, it is not the same bug as the one you've explained. The CE button on Binary Calc acts as a "Clear All" key, so everything would be cleared. The DEL key is for clearing the current entry only, so pressing 2 x 5 DEL 6 would give you 12 (since it executes 2 x 6).

The actual bug here is that after pressing a number key following CE, and then pressing the Equals key should return the value of the number key you just pressed (in this case 6). I will add this bug to my list of things to fix in the next release, and I have very grateful to you for reporting this bug.

Thanks for Binary Calc. Great app. I think there may be a bug, however, that you didn't mention in version 1.2. When I press, for example, 2 x 5 CE 6 =, I get the answer 0 instead of 12, which is what I would expect.
